Elise, a medical student and Jeremiah, a law student, both in school at Harvard, traveled to the romantic Wedgewood Gazebo at Crystal Springs in Burlingame to be with family and friends for their summer nuptials. Ken took advantage of the beautiful setting, turning his camera on the panoramic view as a backdrop for the sunlit photographs. Ken’s photos express the fun-loving spirit of the bridal couple and their wedding party. He skillfully stopped the action of the bridesmaids as they gamely kicked off their shoes to jump high in the air. And caught the excitement of Pookie, Elise’s pooch, dressed in satin finery for her role as ring-bearer. From candid shots to formal portraits, Ken orchestrated the happy and meaningful moments training his camera on the groom and his bride who looked equally stunning in white for the ceremony and later, bright red for the party.
