SAN JOSE WEDDING

Loyal to her alma mater, the bride chose the intimate, softly lit Spartan Chapel on the San Jose State University campus for a semi-formal yet traditional Roman Catholic ceremony. In converting many of the interior photos to black and white, Ken emphasized the photojournalistic quality of the ceremony photographs. At the reception, Ken enhanced the multicolored spotlights and mirror ball that reflected off the newlyweds in their romantic first dance. From the bride’s arrival to the chapel through the couple’s quiet retreat in the sun dappled garden, Ken remained dedicated to photographing fleeting moments to produce a memorable wedding album.
