The wooded gardens of the Dunsmuir Estate provided the elegant setting for the wedding of Tara and Elliott, both counselors at a San Jose children’s shelter. Ken’s photos creatively utilize a range of natural light from the bright July sun to leafy filters provided by lush palms and flowers. The couple and Ken had already established a comfortable rapport when he took their engagement photos at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve in Moss Beach. This ease is evident in the wedding photos as Ken thoroughly documents the joyful celebration—including Elliott’s dad playing saxophone with his group—as well as the romantic moods of the groom and his exquisite bride.
